They’re also being sued by PayArc which I guess is the company that handled their payments. Essentially, design (steal designs) and produce new styles of furniture inexpensively and as quickly as the trends arise. I also found an article basically saying that the owners wanted their company to be the fast fashion of furniture. I really do believe this company to be a scam. The problems seem to be getting worse and people are losing money (and their sanity).

Update June 2022: I ended up not buying from Valyou and I’m so happy I didn’t. I’m very turned off from buying from this company because I think it’s so unethical and I don’t want to support a business who feels the need to lie to customers. This seems really disgusting and dishonest to me. None of the profiles who made good reviews are real. This is on Facebook, Yelp, BBB, their website, Reddit, Trust Pilot, YouTube comments. As I’m looking, I realized that a majority of the good reviews are fake. I’m about to buy the couch and I wanted to do one final look of the reviews. I was really excited to order and the customer service even called me to offer me a discount. I also saw a lot of good reviews from people who actually received their furniture and they seemed to love the actual couch and had no issues with the quality. I don’t need a couch immediately so the waiting isn’t a problem to me.
There are a lot of bad reviews about people waiting months for their furniture and receiving the wrong item but they’re never about the actual product. So I’m looking for a sectional and I come across the Valyou feathers sectional.
